In the unfortunate and rare event you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. We examine this on a case-by-case basis to determine the best line of action. For better processing, we advise you send us an image of the product on arrival with nay necessary proof of damage.

To process a return, simply send an email to support@getdaba.com. We will set up the returns process if it meets the conditions above. We reserve the right to cancel this if the product arrives in a different condition from what was stated in our communications with you.
