Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, if the products are unopened and unused.

To process your return, please send us an email at support@getdaba.com. Share the following details:

  • Your Name

  • Your Order Number

  • The items you want to return

  • The reason you're making the return

We will set up the returns process if it meets the conditions above. We reserve the right to reject the return if the product arrives in a different condition from what was stated in our communications with you, damaged or used.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

In the unfortunate and rare event you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@getdaba.com for a replacement or refund. We examine this on a case-by-case basis to determine the best line of action. For better processing, we advise you send us an image of the product on arrival with any necessary proof of damage.

Please take note of the following:

  • We don't refund the cost of shipping as it is a service that has already been used and paid for.

  • We cannot refund you if you send the items to us without prior contact

  • We do not cover the cost of returns. This amount will be charged to you.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
